The Bainbridge Island market is slowing down. While sales this week came in at 54 homes sold over the last 30 days, new listings are at the lowest they've been since April. During the same time frame, Seattle had the most of any other neighboring municipalities with 1,283 new listings. The median sales price rose to $640,500, up from last week's $602,625. Along with the increase in sales, the fact that there are a lower-than-normal two months of inventory indicates that Bainbridge Island is a definite seller's market.
