Meanwhile, close-by Seaside reported 24 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Cannon Beach, and for this period the median sales price slid from $458,000 to $445,000. Cannon Beach is a definite buyer's market, thanks to a big eight months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
