Fewer sellers put their homes up for sale in the Chinatown market over the last 30 days and the number of new listings tumbled this week to one. Home sales remained unchanged from the prior period and once again two homes were sold. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $2,061,000, extending a four-week long spike.
