A dip in the number of pending transactions in the Dallas Metro Area market over the last 30 days resulted in the lowest amount since January. And while 5,875 homes went under contract, there were 7,646 completed sales, which also extends a three-week downward trend. Leading the way in terms of contribution was Tarrant County with 1,624 contracts executed. Potential buyers should note that there are now four months of inventory available in the Dallas Metro Area and prices have come down. The median sales price dropped to $224,900.
