On top of a determined downward trend in sellers reducing price, including nine markdowns over the last 30 days, sales in the Franklin market fell to 10 over the same stretch of time. While price reduction numbers dropped, sale prices were able to climb. This week's reported median sales price of $150,000 continued a four-week upswing. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high eight months of inventory indicates that Franklin is a definite buyer's market.
