The Highland market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales slid 12.5% to seven homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, the North Austin neighborhood had 17 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Prices are falling in Highland, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $377,500 to $360,000. There are only three months of inventory available in Highland, so it's a seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
