The Community Workers Council market pulled back with a 50.0% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days fell below the 1.1 monthly average with one home sold. Within the same time frame, the Prospect Hill neighborhood had seven sales, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price climbed to $60,000, up from last week's $57,500. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that Community Workers Council is a definite seller's market.
