With home sales in the Mid Central market already below average, in this week's report they fell 11.1% to eight homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, the El Sereno neighborhood had 47 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. Potential buyers should note that prices went up in Mid Central, with the median for this period rising from $560,000 to $575,500. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that Mid Central is a strong seller's market.
