Fewer sellers put their homes up for sale in the Fulton market over the last 30 days and the number of new listings fell this week to three. Home sales remained unchanged from the prior period and once again four homes were sold. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $136,000, which extended a downward swing in price to four weeks. Despite the falling prices, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Fulton is still a seller's market.
