The Osceola market looked solid this week as sales climbed 33.3% to reach four homes sold over the last 30 days, breaking above the average sales volume for the prior 12 months. To put it in perspective, close-by Hudson registered 31 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. There are four months of inventory remaining in Osceola, and the market is swinging toward the seller, but that may be offset as the median sales price dropped to $137,450 this week.
