The Pasadena market slowed with a 3.8% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 88.7 monthly average with 77 homes sold. In comparison, the Greater Heights neighborhood had 156 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price dropped to $174,900, down from last week's $178,200. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Pasadena is a seller's market.
