The The Dalles market is starting to tighten. While sales continuing a three-week downturn, bringing this week's numbers down to 13 homes sold over the last 30 days, price reductions are now at the lowest levels they've been in three months, with nine reported this week. During the same time frame, Hood River had the most of any other neighboring municipalities with five price reductions. The median sales price rose to $215,000, up from last week's $206,000. The rising sales and a low three months of inventory point to The Dalles being a seller's market.
