A dip in the number of pending transactions in the San Juan County market over the last 30 days resulted in the lowest amount since April. While 30 homes went under contract, there were 36 completed sales. In comparison, King County had 3,951 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby counties. The median sales price dropped to $566,500, down from last week's $575,000. Despite the uptick in sales, there are still nine months of inventory left to work through, meaning San Juan County is still a solid buyer's market.
