The Savannah market showed continued softness over the last 30 days, extending a three-week trend. Sales fell 28.6% to 10 homes, the lowest amount in three months. During the same time frame, Pooler had the most of any other neighboring municipalities with six sales. The median sales price jumped to $234,400, up from last week's $176,600. A downturn in sales, coupled with the availability of 14 months of inventory, prove that Savannah is a strong buyer's market.
