There were 351 homes sold in the San Francisco County market over the last 30 days on top of a record 499 contracts executed. It is the most since July and could be a sign that the market may strengthen. In comparison, Santa Clara County led all other nearby counties with 1,496 contracts executed. As contracts reached a new peak, the median sales price also climbed, hitting a three-month high at $1,190,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, San Francisco County is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
