There were 50 homes sold in the Bel Air North market over the last 30 days, but 32 contracts were executed. This marks the lowest amount since January, and could be a sign that the market is nearing a low. During the same time frame, Bel Air South had the most of any other neighboring municipalities with 73 contracts executed. The median sales price rose to $254,000, up from last week's $240,000. Along with the increase in sales, the fact that there are a lower-than-normal three months of inventory indicates that Bel Air North is a seller's market.
