The Anderson Mill market hit a low point, with a record low six homes sold in the last 30 days. Sales showed a 25.0% drop from the prior period, returning to a low not seen since April. When comparing other close-by municipalities within the same period, the most came from Austin with 860 sales. Naturally, as sales hit a new low, the amount of available homes increased, reaching a volume of three months of inventory, its highest point since April. In spite of sales trending lower, the lack of inventory indicates that Anderson Mill is still a seller's market.
