The Seal Beach market recorded 59 home sales over the last 30 days. Also, a record low 57 new listings came into the market, the fewest since July. In comparison, Long Beach had 364 new listings in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. A months of inventory number of three reported this week continued a four-week upward trend, even with the weak number of new listings in the area. With such a small volume of inventory available and sales going up, Seal Beach is a seller's market.
