The Navarro County market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales fell 3.4% to 57 homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, close-by Dallas County registered 1,910 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. Prices are rising in Navarro County, and the median sales price this period increased from $121,500 to $123,000. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high 11 months of inventory indicates that Navarro County is a solid buyer's market.
