Sales in the South San Francisco market fell to 61 homes sold over the past 30 days. In addition, the number of sellers reducing their listing price is still in the midst of a downward trend with 12 price reductions in the same time frame. The median sales price dropped to $741,000, down from last week's $776,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low one month of inventory indicates that South San Francisco is a solid seller's market.
