The Cedar Hills market slowed this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 21.4% to 11 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Portland had 771 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price continued to rise, trending upwards for four weeks to reach $412,730. With only two months of inventory to sell, Cedar Hills is a definite seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
