There were two homes sold in the Aurora market over the last 30 days, prolonging a three-week ascending trend. With a dismal one contract executed, the lowest amount since April, that trend could be weakening. In comparison, Hidden Valley had 10 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. The median sales price in Aurora stayed put this week at $115,000. Aurora is a solid buyer's market with seven months of inventory to choose from, aided by the downturn in contracts.
