However, the number of sellers reducing their listing price is still in the midst of a downward trend with seven price reductions in the same time frame. The median sales price dropped to $460,000, down from last week's $656,000. Despite the flat sales, a relatively low two months of inventory remaining indicates that Del Cerro is a definite seller's market.
