While home sales in the Indianapolis market have been above average, in this week's report there were 1,045 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Fishers had 160 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price dropped to $128,000, down from last week's $130,000. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low three months of inventory indicates that Indianapolis is a seller's market.
