But sellers can expect more competition, due to a three-week upward trend in homes coming into the market, now up to nine for the same period. All indications show that the trend may be coming to an end, meaning less new listings over the next few weeks. The median sales price jumped to $204,950 over the latest reporting period for Sleepy Hollow, up from $149,900. Sleepy Hollow is still a strong buyer's market, in spite of the uptick in sales, thanks to the availability of 14 months of remaining inventory.
