On the other hand, close-by Portland registered 771 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $270,000, extending a four-week long spike. With only two months of inventory to sell, Hazel Dell North is a definite seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
