The Columbia County market pulled back with an 8.9% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (70.2) with 72 homes sold. In comparison, nearby Multnomah County had 932 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price rose to $258,850 over the latest reporting period for Columbia County, up from $250,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Columbia County is a seller's market.
