In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Thurston County market slid to 417 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 2.3% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. In comparison, nearby King County had 3,050 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price dropped to $266,500 over the latest reporting period for Thurston County, down from $269,900. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low two months of inventory signals that Thurston County is a definite seller's market.
