The San Francisco market reported 499 contracts in the last 30 days, the highest amount since July. During the same period, 351 sales were completed. In comparison, Oakland led all other nearby municipalities with 42 contracts executed. As contracts hit a plateau, the median sales price also climbed, hitting a three-month high at $1,190,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, San Francisco is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
