The Schoharie County market pulled back with a 9.1% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 23.5 monthly average with 20 homes sold. Within the same time period, Albany County had 269 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price climbed to $150,000, up from last week's $145,000. With decreasing sales and the availability of 14 months of inventory, Schoharie County is a strong buyer's market.
