With home sales in the Sonoma County market already below average, in this week's report they dropped 4.0% to 389 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, Alameda County reported 1,107 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price climbed to $570,000 over the latest reporting period for Sonoma County, up from $565,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low three months of inventory signals that Sonoma County is a seller's market.
