The Sonoma Ranch market remained soft with two homes sold in the last 30 days, a 33.3% sales drop. Meanwhile, the Parkwood Maintenance neighborhood reported seven home sales, the highest number from all of the surrounding neighborhoods. Prices were able to climb as this week's reported median sales price of $365,000 continued a four-week upswing. Sonoma Ranch is a solid buyer's market, due to a big 16 months of inventory left and aided by the dip in sales.
