The Douglas County market is starting to get more expensive. While sales continuing a three-week downturn, bringing this week's numbers down to 278 homes sold over the last 30 days, price reductions are now at the lowest levels they've been in three months, with 424 reported this week. During the same time frame, Fulton County had the most of any other neighboring county with 3,037 price reductions. The median sales price rose to $152,352, and there are a fairly average four months of inventory left to be sold.
