However, an identifiable downturn in the number of pending transactions continued, with zero completed in the same period. A months of inventory number of 17 reported this week continued a four-week upward trend, to go along with the weak contracts in the area. The downturn in contracts and such a large amount of inventory prove that Easton is still a definite buyer's market.
