The Eugene market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 10.6% to 186 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Springfield had 67 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price dropped to $255,450, down from last week's $256,200. With only two months of inventory to sell, Eugene is a definite seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
