A dip in the number of pending transactions in the Haslet market over the last 30 days resulted in the lowest amount since January. While one home went under contract, there were seven completed sales. In comparison, Fort Worth had 677 contracts executed in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. As contracts reached a new bottom, the median sales price dropped, hitting a three-month low at $400,000. In spite of contracts trending lower and falling prices, a low three months of inventory signals that Haslet is still a seller's market.
