On the other hand, the close-by Fishtown neighborhood registered 48 homes sold in those same 30 days, the most of all surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price dropped dramatically to $17,000 over the latest reporting period for Fairhill, down from $30,000. Along with the slip in sales, a relatively high 20 months of inventory indicates that Fairhill is a solid buyer's market.
