The Savage-Guilford market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales slid 12.5% to 21 homes sold over the last 30 days. In comparison, nearby Columbia had 108 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. Months of inventory is on a four-week downward trend, this week hitting three months. In spite of the decrease in sales, the lack of inventory signals that Savage-Guilford is still a seller's market.
