The Austin market remained below its 12-month average sales volume this week as sales fell to 860 homes sold over the last 30 days. Meanwhile, close-by Round Rock reported 135 homes sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. Months of inventory is on an eight-week upswing, this week hitting three months. With such low levels of inventory, Austin is still a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
