Home Sales Down in Midlothian Real Estate Market

The Midlothian market slowed with a 4.3% sales drop in this week's report. Overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained below the 47.3 monthly average with 45 homes sold. On the other hand, close-by Dallas registered 917 homes sold in the same time frame, the most of all surrounding cities. The median sales price dropped to $238,500, down from last week's $239,500. There are only three months of inventory available in Midlothian, so it's a seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
