The Douglas County market pulled back this week but was still better than normal as sales dropped 4.9% to 39 homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, close-by King County registered 3,050 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. The median sales price dropped to $242,000, down from last week's $267,000. There are only three months of inventory available in Douglas County, so it's a seller's market, even with the decrease in sales.
