At the same time, close-by Scottsdale reported 493 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding cities. Prices are falling in Phoenix, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $222,700 to $221,000. The rising sales and a low three months of inventory point to Phoenix being a seller's market.
