The Muscoy market slowed with a 16.7% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (4.7) with five homes sold. In comparison, the Yerdemont neighborhood had 16 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighborhoods in the area. The median sales price rose to $215,000, up from last week's $201,500. With only three months of inventory to sell, Muscoy is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
