Meanwhile, the South Los Angeles neighborhood reported 126 home sales, the highest number from all of the surrounding neighborhoods. The median sales price rose to $575,000 over the latest reporting period for New Downtown, up from $543,750. New Downtown is a strong buyer's market, thanks to a big 13 months of inventory to choose from and a pullback in sales.
