New Downward Trend in Home Prices for Apache County Real Estate Market

The Apache County market showed healthy signs in this week's report, as the number of sales went up to one home sold over the last 30 days. At the same time, Maricopa County reported 6,292 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price of homes sold came in at $52,000, which extended a downward swing in price to four weeks. Even after the uptick in sales, an elevated 37 months of inventory tells us that Apache County is still a solid buyer's market.
