The number of sellers reducing prices in the Tri-City market trended up to seven over the last 30 days, extending a six-week streak. During the same period, five sales were completed. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Tri-City, and for this period the median sales price slid from $216,500 to $215,000. With only three months of inventory to sell, Tri-City is a seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
