In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the Ocean Shores market slid to 29 over the past 30 days, a decrease of 17.1% from last week's report, but still above the monthly average. In comparison, nearby Aberdeen had 19 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. Prices are rising in Ocean Shores, and the median sales price this period increased from $164,900 to $165,000. Ocean Shores is a solid buyer's market, due to a big eight months of inventory left and aided by the dip in sales.
