In comparison, nearby Fremont had 210 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring cities. The median sales price climbed to $1,325,000, up from last week's $1,323,000. Along with the increase in sales, the fact that there is a lower-than-normal one month of inventory indicates that Redwood City is a definite seller's market.
