Sales in the Richmond market hit their lowest level since April. For the prior 30-day period, there were 60 homes sold, a decrease of 15.5%. The market has been in a downward trend for five weeks. In comparison, San Francisco had 351 sales in the same time frame, the most of all nearby cities. The median sales price rose to $455,000, up from last week's $452,800.
