The Rolando market closed in on its 12-month sales average this week as sales rose 14.3% to reach eight homes sold over the last 30 days. At the same time, the Lake Murray neighborhood reported 27 home sales, the highest number from all of the surrounding neighborhoods. Potential buyers should note that prices are coming down in Rolando, and for this period the median sales price slid from $475,000 to $452,000. With just three months of inventory available and sales going up, Rolando is a seller's market.
